Hello,
Ever since I downloaded the updates for Real Band & Powertracks my songs load without the FX parameters. What I mean is that my mixes are gone! Volumes, equalization, reverb, everything is gone. I followed PG Music support's link to download the "fixes" but these do not work. Very frustrated as I have been a user for at least 15 years but can't get a straight answer as to why this is still not working. I'm running Windows 7 Home. Focusrite interface. Computer built by Sweetwater with Intel i5 core. Real Band 2021 Build 5 is what I am struggling with. Any help would be appreciated.

If you go into your Realband folder and open Realband.exe (not Realband64) does the same thing happen?
IOW if you open the old (32 bit) RB, does it still happen?
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Thank you Rharv. I opened it (64 bit) directly from the EXE extension & the same thing happens. The 32 bit program is no longer on my machine. At this point I'm ready to buy new the 32 bit so at least I have a program that is running.

Look on your hard drive to see if there is a RealBand backup folder labeled rb2020_backup. If so, the 32 bit RealBand.exe should be in it. You can copy it to your RealBand folder.
Idea 2. Try downloading and installing the Band-in-a-Box / RealBand installer from your online account. I believe PG Music added the 32 bit RealBand into the installer after a few people requested it.

I believe PG Music added the 32 bit RealBand into the installer after a few people requested it. That's correct. If your Realband 2021 is up to date, there should be executables in your Realband for "Realband.exe" and "Realband64.exe". The issue is because the plugins are completely different between the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Songs made in the 32-bit version will try to load the 32-bit plugins, which if you open the song in the 64-bit version these plugins will not work (and vice versa of course).

Thank you Jim. I tried both methods but could not get it to work. I then went in a chat, again, with PG Music support & who were able to figure out 2 files were missing in ReaBand 32 bit. They sent me the link & worked instantly!

Sorry to be running off topic, but I just came across this info re. 32bit RealBand. When prompted, I tried to activate with my 2021 code but this was rejected. I then noticed that this is RB2020, I skipped a year, so my previous RB was 2019, am I blocked from using this? Vintage

I was likely already activated from 2020, so .. I don't know.
But if you are indeed blocked, it's probably my fault. (old joke is old)

I discovered from PGM staffer Simon that a 32bit version of RB is included in the RB2021 install. When I tried to activate this it rejects my 2021 serial number. Simon has advised me to contact support for a serial number to activate this.

It has been activated twice and has one available activation. The 2021
version of RealBand now does not have a separate activation from
Band-in-a-Box. You simply need to activate Band-in-a-Box and you're good
to go. Do you see any errors when you try to activate Band-in-a-Box? Do
you need to do an offline activation? If you would like to do an offline
activation, please provide us with the generated Request Number.
The 32 bit version of RealBand is called "RealBand" and the 64 bit
version is called "RealBand64". Please make sure you have the latest
build for RealBand downloaded and installed from here:
