If you need or want a vocal file notation there are a number of free audio to MIDI programs available, google/bing audio to midi programs. You may/have to do some editing as audio to MIDI is not an exact science yet. Take the MIDI file and load it into the free Musescore 3: https://musescore.org/
and you will get the notation of the audio file.

Note that I use Musescore 3 but I use Melodyne to convert audio to MIDI. Melodyne is the best audio to MIDI converter that I have found but it is expensive, at least $299 USB:
