my problem is, that the Thru channel which I use to play the solos is in top most volume position too weak compared to the rest of the song. So once upon a time sombody new of the trick to boost the velosity of the channel via preferences--> Channel-->Option and setting (freely translated to english) "increase velosity on Thru channel" with additional increases the volume there.
I remembered, that this work some versions ago, now it seems id does not any more.
My settings see screenshot attached.
Any suggestions?

Boost THRU Velocity by: When playing along on a keyboard to the Band-in-a-Box “band,” if the sound of your keyboard is too quiet and increasing the THRU Volume doesn’t help enough, use this option to boost the THRU velocity and make your THRU playing louder.
I am sure it worked a few builds back...

What are you using as your MIDI device? Is that an internal VSTi or an external module? Is there an option to increase the level on the output device?

you are sending 'through' midi messages to the coyote (see the other post about reverb on the through channel)
what are you playing your solos on? keyboard? as you have set the midi through velocity to 127 its maxed out.
as you say it used to work which suggests something has changed - and that might not be in BIAB.
as videotrack says it might be the input device you are using.
i can't folllow the german settings in your video but can you access the coyote synth? my tts-1 has its own GUI and shows each instrument - with a volume control. i think again the through channel works differently to the GM instruments BIAB uses in the mixer
I note you use the oxygen pro 49 controller keyboard. Have you set your keyboard touch to a low enough value like soft so that it sends a decent velocity without having to thump it. This is done by measuring the time it takes the key to descend, so therefore the velocity. (the harder you hit em the faster they fall.) steps 0 – 127
