Questions - Comment utiliser plusieurs pianos, guitares, etc... - Biab ne conserve pas mes réglages quand je change de cession. Pourquoi ?

- Tu es sur quelle version de BIAB ? - les 16 pistes que tu as créés le sont sur CUBASE ou sur BIAB ? Si tu es familier avec la langue de Shakespeare, tu trouveras sur le site PG Music des liens vers des tutos sur le sujet. Donne moi + d'infos; je t'aiderai car ce topic m'intéresse....
Dans Halion tu peux avoir plusieurs instruments sur le même canal (exemple A1 pour 1 Piano 1 Bass et 2 guitares) Il faut juste modifier les canaux sur Halion.
Pour te créer un modèle il te faut sauvegarder ton fichier AVEC tous ces préreglages Halion et lors de la prochaine ouverture de ton fichier BIAB tout sera là.

Je fais les réglages des 16 pistes dans HAlion à partir de Biab et je ne sais pas comment les rendre permanent. Et j'ai pas bien compris l'explication de Marco76. Je suis néophyte ! Si tu as réussi a avoir les sons de Halion dans Biab par le réglage Midi, que tu as réglé chaque instrument (dans Halion) comme tu le souhaitais et que tu veux garder ces réglages de façon permanente, il te faut sauvegarder ce que tu as fait dans un fichier SGU qui te servira de base. Mais tu perdra ça ç chaque changement de style. Pour avoir Halion Sonic SE3 comme plugin Synthé par défaut voici quelques images qui pourraient t'aider :

Bonjour, J'ai essayé d'utiliser les informations données par Daniel Donval et Marco75 merci. Je n'arrive à rien. J'ai besoin d'un tuto expliquant comment installer et utiliser HALion de steinberg comme synthé dans BiaB 2021. Même en anglais mais pas de vidéo car je n'arrive pas à suivre l'anglais. Faute de cela je continue à exporter et choisir mes sons dans cubase pro 11. Merci à tous les deux. Paul
Bonjour Daniel, J'ai fait des essais. - J'arrive bien à installer dans BiaB HALion comme synthé VSTi. - Ensuite, dans HALion je charge un instrument sur le canal 1 - Le son est reconnu par la piste mélodie - Je ne suis pas arrivé à affecter un deuxième son sur une autre piste que la piste mélodie - Les changements dans HALion plante BiaB une fois sur quatre !
Alors, pour le premier écran pas de problème mais pour le moment HALion me suffit. Pour le deuxième écran je sais faire aussi mais : - Tu mets quoi comme piste midi sur chaque instrument dans HALion ? Toujours canal 1 Ou autres ? - Maintenant, comment relier chaque son de HALion avec les pistes de BiaB ? J'avance, je vais peut-être voir la fin grâce à ton aide. Paul

Tout d'abord un grand merci à Daniel Donval et à Marco76 ! Vos informations m'ont permis d'avancer.
Des questions restent en suspens : - Comment programmer plus de 16 sons dans le template du synthé - Relation entre l'onglet Plugins et l'onglet Mixeur - Quid des options préset et groupe dans l'onglet Plugins
Voici un petit tuto des manips à effectuer :
Utiliser HALion de Steinberg comme synthé dans BiaB 1) Mise en place du plugin Dans Préférences/Pilote MIDI Colonne "Synthé/carte son" Cliquer sur la zone affichant le synthé par défaut (en principe Coyote) Affichage du formulaire "Choisir un plugin" Dans la zone de liste "Ajouter plugins" Choisir "Recherche de plugins VST dans un répertoire spécifique" (Et seulement ce choix pour éviter de valider ensuite une cascade de plugins dont vous ne voulez pas !) Trouver ensuite le fichier dll de HALion dans le bon répertoire. (Si vous ne savez pas comment le trouver regarder dans Cubase ou il est stocké) Valider ensuite pas les boutons "ok" L'interface de HALion s'ouvre !
2) Première sauvegarde A ce stade vous pouvez sortir de BiaB pour vous assurez que tout est ok. Pour la suite, vous devrez donc ouvrir de nouveau Biab et charger HALion par : Icône Plugins/Synthé par défaut
3) Création d'un template dans HALion Création d'un modèle des sons que vous compter utiliser Attribution à chaque son d'un numéro de canal unique Sauvez régulièrement avec un projet factice (car ça peut planter !) Sortez de Biab et revenez pour vérifier la prise en compte de vos créations. Vous n'êtes pas obligé de tout créer du premier coup car vous pourrez ensuite ajouter et/ou modifier ce template.
4) Attribution des sons HALion du template aux pistes de BiaB Pour chaque piste d'un projet vous devez dans l'onglet Plugins : - Sélectionner dans "re-router vers le plugin MIDI" [Synthé par défaut] - Sélectionner dans "re-router vers le canal MIDI" le numéro de canal du son choisi Vous pouvez consulter vos réglages en demandant "Afficher la fenêtre plugin"
5) Attribution d'un son HALion ne figurant pas dans le template pour une piste de BiaB Dans ce cas vous devez choisir l'option "Choisir le plugin" Après création du nouveau son : - Sélectionner dans "re-router vers le plugin MIDI" [Soliste] (par exemple) - Sélectionner dans "re-router vers le canal MIDI" le numéro de canal du son choisi

Je profite du sujet pour poser une question relative aux VST. Vu que tu sembles passionné par le sujet, tu peux peut-être donner un avis sur la qualité des différents instruments VST HALION que tu utilises voire, faire part de ton sentiment sur d'autres VST. Personnellement je suis tout à fait satisfait avec les sons que j'obtiens avec Coyote et Sforzando. Do you agree ? Je vais peut-être ouvrir un topic sur le thème. A+ Daniel
Je ne sais si les sons de Coyote et de Sforzando sont bons faute de les avoir mis en œuvre. En fait, je crois qu'on a tendance à privilégier ses propres VST. D'autant plus que j'exporte toujours au final le projet dans Cubase pour le mixage. Bonne idée pour le partage sur les VST.
