Tracks 1-5 are the style tracks. If you enter midi or edit midi on them, you need to freeze them (snowflake button on the mixer). If you don’t they will get list when you save the song or generate new music with a style.

Tracks 6-7 (melody, soloist) can be used for MIDI as can the 16 utility tracks and you don’t have to freeze those ones.
