I enjoy reading the observations of those new to the program, because they do what we already learned not to do. I can see a case for a prompt ‘you are editing a frozen track; you should first...’. Or better, allow the edit and restore its frozen status afterward.
Worth looking at. Good idea, maybe one for the Wish List?
