The problem is odd and been really bothering me. I tried multiple times to fix it. I watched the wave form with the video in Studio One and did not see it.
Depending on how the day goes I may redo the video completely and see if it straightens out. If I do that I will do an avi file and see.
Even tho the video is buggy, I am happy with the results. My playing has improved a lot.
