Marty...Thanks for your gracious comments...todays software is fantastic...I literally have hundreds of recordings that I wish I had better tracks on and now I just pull the vocals off older stuff, sync it to a BPM and BiaB and I start our recoding session...if I think the band sucks, I just bring in the next one...it's amazing...and yes Steinberg SpectraLayers Pro 7 pulls the lead and harmonies all off together mixed just the way it was originally onto one stereo track...it will also separate piano, drums and bass to separate tracks with a final track of any other instruments that are left...it's not perfect but most artifacts can be hidden in your next BiaB mix.
