< This is a great addition to biab even without the ability to use F5 bar settings.>

Are you sure you'll actually miss F5 Bar settings once you're aware that the Utility Tracks Audio Editor Editor section can do all of the F5 drop down settings but do them more smoothly and precisely and allow you to edit abruptly cut off notes? Plus it provides additional features like fade-in's, fade-out's, normalizing, merging additional audio that's saved to the Audio Clipboard and create harmonies.

As Utility Tracks currently function, you can create a track on an existing Legacy Track (Bass, Piano, Drums, Guitar, Strings, Melody, Soloist) and make edits using the Bar Settings (F5), save the track as a Performance Track and move the Performance Track to a Utility Track and all edits you had made to that track will be retained when it's moved to any Utility Track.

So, in reality, you've not lost the Bar Settings (F5) functions on the Utility Tracks but actually have improved bar setting functions along with additional functions that aren't available in Bar Settings (F5).
