(1) The Song length is shown at the top of the form. I think it includes the count-in time.
(2) The Song 'progress' is shown on the Timeline scale. I never use it though because it is generally impossible to differentiate what are bars, part markers, chorus repeats, tags and the actual song position. I would prefer a simple progress bar, as per the original suggestion.
