With all the dialogue from users trying to understand if the new Xtra StylePak 11 will work with their version of BIAB...

Has BIAB seriously considered simply adding all the RealTracks required in a new StylePAK as an extra price option for those not having or purchasing the higher-end BIAB upgrade versions?

If the BIAB annual upgrade versions include most (but not all?) the new RealTraks issued each year, it would seem the the extra RealTraks could be bundled and sold as an extra (hopefully low) cost option. Otherwise BIAB is losing possible sales of their new SylePAKs to existing users who had elected not to upgrade at the highest levels.

I would surmise that for many of us long-time BIAB users, we look forward eagerly to new content in the form of Real Tracks/Drums/Styles/Solos etc. , and less so the newest features in the newest version. So I would think that the marketing gurus at BIAB could structure packages of content which can be purchased seperately. Granted new features allow for enhanced content, and that might be the reason to get the best value upgrade. But.. it would seem customer-friendly to release all the "Real" content from past years in the usual $99 "ValuePAK" annual upgrade. With that change and offering a pkg of the RealTracks used on the XtraStylePAK, would perhaps eliminate all the confusion being reported as well as additional business for BIAB, since all the X-StylePAKS with the exception of the newest one would be usable by purchasers of any of the new year BIAB upgrade options.
