I have a Beach Boy song I created called "In My Room". It has a simple guitar melody line and a light rock backup. But I wanted to add choir,voices or something like that ALONG with the melody. So I clicked on Harmony-convert to Melody track and picked #162 or vocal group ham. I thought while the melody guitar was playing, the vocal group ham would harmonize WITH the guitar melody.But what it did was erase the guitar instrument and all I heard was the vocal ham instuement playing back the Melody? huh? I thought #162 is suppose to harmonize WITH the melody and NOT replace it? So what good is this harmony stuff if it doesn't harmonize? I just don't understand this?
