Simon - PG Music Product Manager Joined: May 2020 Posts: 2,525 Victoria, BC	Hi Goldy and welcome to the forums! What operating system are you using, and which build? Please right click on the Start menu and choose Run, then enter in winver and press enter. What version number and build number are showing here? Also, in Band-in-a-Box, go to the Help menu, and click About Band-in-a-Box. Near the top of that window, it will have Version 20xx and a number in brackets - what is that number? I work here
