Just start auditioning some; you're bound to find something serviceable, though what it is named may surprise you. Don't disregard one because of the name. If the Tempo is way off, then yeah, skip it.

Kenny H, You are able to write your own pattern for drums. Make one up in editing. You just have to find out how to do it. You can also do that with guitars etc for picking as well. Go to help and Drums You can even write a midi drum pattern

I just tried opening a BiaB Bending slack guitar style song is RB and it did work but I got a message saying the drums did not exist. Weird!
If you post your song either here, DropBox, or some other free posting site we can take a look at it. You may have a corrupted file.
