My wife and yours could share stories. Like when we keep going over a PART of the song, and they come and close the door. I only use headphones now. She bought me the best and it wasn't even Christmas. Your playing is always so engaging, Scott. You always select the perfect tone, then fill it was the most tasteful notes. This surely shows you know how to bring that out in others, too. Wonderful sounds. Thanks Marty. Get a few choice words when I turn the gain up a bit too. Thanks for checking out the song. Glad you liked it. Hi Dave ...
Sounds like something the Shadows might have played behind a beach scene with Frankie and Annette back in the early 60s. I enjoyed the wide panning and separation of the guitars. Thanks for a quick time travel back to a fun part of my life and when music and movies were truly entertaining without all the over-production. Love it!!!
Alan Thanks Alan for the awesome comments. Loved the music from those old movies. Glad you like the song. Scott,
Good playing - very smooth. A pleasant tune. Good mix.
Enjoyed the listen.
fj Thanks Floyd Glad you like the song.

Hi Scott,
it's very often a good idea to dig in one's own musical history... Very nice tune, sounding fresh and clear. Very well-done.
All the best,
Stefan

Good stuff, Scott! Like others mentioned I'm also getting a Hank Marvin vibe, both from the playing and the composition. Great melody, lovely tone. Personally I think that left panned guitar should be more center and maybe a couple db louder seeing as it's the main voice, but that's a minor thing and just my opinion Enjoyed as I enjoy all your instrumentals. [/quote Thanks Dave. Interest when I first started playing again the type of music I gravitated too. Remember doing wipeout when we were kids. Was easy to play to. Not so much for the drummers. Glad you liked the song [quote=Birchwood]Hi Scott, You did this in 2011! It's a very nice melody and I heard no trace of midi (the artificial sounding sounds). The tempo is just right for this song. Mayby Robert? And I was thinking; with your knowledge of BiaB now, how would you do this song now? Heavier drums, fatter bass, stronger leadguitar etc.? A vocal perhaps? Maybe Robert? It was a pleasant listen! Hans These new vst's and virtual instruments are incredible how. I created the midi file for the strings by dragging the chord track from the BIAB DAW plugin and added the strings from the BBC Symphony vst. Big thanks to Floyd for the heads up for the free BBC Symphony plugin.. As far as how I would develop it now not sure. I did redo the original guitar tracks and they were pretty repetitive. Vocal will would be a great Idea I think. Will see if Robert or Ray have any ideas for it.. Very pleasant early sixties feel. Nice work. Thanks TM for checking out the song glad you liked it..

Scott
Nice one - very pleasant melodic playing and a complementary backing.
A very nice update.
Peter Thanks Peter Glad you liked the song Scott,
This really appeals to me. Excellent tune and playing.
Bob Thanks Bob Your comments are very much appreciated. Glad you liked it We get the several 60's references but this is WAY better with it's smooth sophisticated vibe. Janice was soon scatting along with it We loved the entire production and especially those melodic chops! Sweet tone too. J&B Thanks Janice and Bud. Glad you liked the song.
