I want to export sections of tracks of my RealBand arrangement to WAV files to be later imported into a sequencer.

I have one track that starts the highlighted section with silence (e.g. the piano first comes in at the middle of the first highlighted bar). When I use the option under the Render menu to "Export Highlighted Section", the resultant WAV file starts at the first sound, cutting out the leading silence. This is problematic in my use case, as I want all the exported tracks from that section to be identical in length so that I can line them up easily in the sequencer.

When I use the Save Track File option, it gives me a pop-up saying that the track starts with silence and asks me if I want to keep it. This is the behavior I want for exporting a highlighted section of a track.

Is it possible in RealBand (or perhaps even BIAB) to export a highlighted section of a track and ensure it includes the silence at the start of the highlighted section?
