The two-beat vs four-beat fell will generally relate to the Real or MIDI track instrument that you are using.
Some tracks may have a four-beat feel for the B part marker section, but you can change Styles (or individual tracks) to switch from a two to four beat feel. Function key <F5> (Bar Settings) allows you to change style at a specific bar.
