Band-in-a-Box has two audio chord wizards and a midi chord wizard that detects chords. Use one of these tolls to detect the chords and automatically populate the chord sheet. There are videos that demonstrate how to use the audio chord wizard +++ HERE +++. I'm sure other forum users will answer specific questions about how to use these tools. The Windows version, yes. The Mac version, no. Most DAWs can do this, too.
