Di has a distinctive delivery in her vocal style. I agree that the quality of her voice is excellent. But she has a unique approach to phrasing and lyric interpretation. As she says, she has a "freestyle" approach to musical interpretation. She generally a shy, quiet person ... until you put her in front of a microphone. The she just lets her voice take control.
