Chciałbym uzyskać więcej informacji, jak działa 30 dniowa gwarancja zwrotu pieniędzy?
Czy po, powiedzmy 25 dniach używania zakupionego Bend-in-a-box, mogę po prostu poinformować, ze nie będę jednak używał tego programu i już? Pieniądze wrócą na moje konto? Gdzie, do kogo miałbym się zwrócić wówczas?
Czy PG Music uświadamia sobie, że: dla przykładu (!) przecież ten program pozostaje na komputerze, więc jakiś nieuczciwy użytkownik (użuszkodnik), może nadal z niego korzystać?! Jak tą kwestie rozwiązuje PG Music?
Czy więc nie jest to po prostu kolejny CHWYT MARKETINGOWY!?

Jeśli dobrze sie orietnuje, kwestie o którą pytasz regulują przepisy obowiązujące na całym świecie. Jeśli użytkownik - czyt. klient który dokonał zakupu - jest nie zadowolony z jakości nabytego towaru, ma: 7, lub 14, a nawet 30 dni, na zwrócenie produktu w stanie nienaruszonym a następnie otrzymanie wpłaconej wcześniej kwoty. Istnieją wjątki od tej reguły, tzn sklepy które nie oferuja zwrotu pieniędzy tylko wymianę na inny produkt.

Przypuszczam że jeśli chodzi o oprogramowanie, to może wygladać to tak, że po zwróceniu programu klucz rejestracyjny przestaje być aktywny, a tym samym tą chwilą przestajesz być legalnym posiadaczem softu. Zatem nawet jeśli program z jakis przyczyn w dalszym ciągu by działał, to korzystając dalej z niego w swietle prawa, stałbyś się nie tyle "uzyszkodnikiem" co software'owym złodziejem:)

Zatem zachęcam do zakupu oryginalego oprogramowania - pirackie zawsze w jakimś stopniu jest niekompletne, a często zdarza się ze bywa kombatybilne z legalnym softem, nei wspominająć już o iczych wirusach i trojanach uruchamianych razem z crackami.
