Most likely a Band-in-a-Box folder location issue. Are you running Band-in-a-Box.app from a portable hard drive?

A - When running the patch installer, make sure to select 'Change Location' / 'Install on specific disk' as appropriate. Check the build in the 'About Band-in-a-Box' dialog, or select Help - Check for Updates.

B - In the Band-in-a-Box DAW Plugin, go to the File - Preferences, and set the Band-in-a-Box folder to the correct disk.
