Hi, could you pls advise what you can do with BIAB-VST and Ezkeys in terms of midi? I have these two programs.

Thank you

You on the right course with the "Options | Preferences and select the [OutputCh.]" Feature in BIAB. This feature was transferred and expanded over to the BIAB-VST as part of the "Chords Output" [C7 Button]. Essential what both do is create a midi file of the Chord Chart, with all the content written in Root Position Block Chords with the duration of each chord equal to the time length within the bar. For example \Cm7\ would hold for 4 beats in a 4/4 bar, while each block chord in \C,G7 F, C\ would hold for 1 beat. These very simple chord structures (triads or extensions if necessary) are perfect to use as the midi triggers to send to any Kontack library or VSTi Instrument from within your DAW.

Or you can copy and past (or drag and drop) the midi data directly from BIAB or the BIAB-VST into a VSTi such as EZKeys. In this case EZkeys can use the chords to create all of its magic from its library.

This can be very powerful when all combined in your DAW for music making. Hope that helps.
