There is an easy way to reference posts but most folks probably don't even know about it.
1) Look for the little icon (sometimes a book page, sometimes a lightbulb, might be something else at other times) immediately to the left of the individual post title. See attached screenshot.
2) right-click the icon and choose Copy Link (or it might say Copy Link Address or something similar)
