I bought the Band in a Box UltraPAK. I installed it on my MacPro, I would like to put it on my Macbook Pro but unfortunately I don't have enough space for the 150Gig of installation files. Can I just copy the Band-in-a-box folder on my Macbook and install the bandinabox_2021_full.pkg on top of it and the bb2021_audio_midi_plugins.pkg ?
Generally speaking that should work fine, as long as you copy the Band-in-a-Box folder into your Applications folder such that the path to the app is /Applications/Band-in-a-Box/Band-in-a-Box.app - if the folder is somewhere else or is renamed, the app will still work, however updates will fail to install.
