While we are on the topic, here is my old 61 and new 88 keyboards.

Both are USB (Class Compliant) and have Midi out connections, so I can connect them to both the Computer and/or the MIDI-IN of my MOTU Audio Express. Can get a little confusing with all the keyboards which appear as selections in my software. There is actually a third option where I can connect the Midi-OUT of the 49 keys to the Midi-IN of the 88 keys. The 88 keys then has a second separate MIDI-OUT which can send via USB to the computer. In fact, the new 88 can separate sections of the keyboard to different outputs, but who has time for that? grin
