I have a song with a MIDI drum track and the other instruments are "Real".
How do I Export/Render this song so the individual instruments are on separate tracks?
I want to further edit in Sonar.
Thank you

If you have a version of BIAB that comes with RealBand, you can open the BIAB file directly in RB and all your audio and MIDI parts will automatically appear on separate tracks for individual tweaking. Plus, an advantage of using RB as your sequencer is that you can continue adding more RealTracks in that environment (an option you lose by going to any other sequencer)

Also, using other sequencers you will have to import each track separately, whereas RB reads the BIAB format automatically.

However if you want to use Sonar, you can open the project in RealBand then save the project from Real Band as individual audio files using this procedure from the dropdown menu:

AUDIO / SAVE ALL TRACKS TO INDIVIDUAL FILES (WAV / MID)

I think in version 2009.5 (the version I'm using) you can only export from BIAB to a single audio file that contains all tracks merged together, so you have to resort to RealBand to export individual tracks. That may not be the case in version 2010. I don't have that version so I can't testify to what it does. I'm sure others will post the options that are available to you in version 2010
