We appreciate your patience. We answer e-mails in a first in, first out order. If we aren't responding right away, it just means there are other e-mails ahead of yours in the queue.

For crashing please try going to Options | Return to Factory Settings.

If that does not resolve your issue, please close out of Band-in-a-Box and go to Finder | Applications | Band-in-a-Box | Preferences. Duplicate the Preferences folder, and rename the duplicate something else as a backup, like "Preferences_backup". Then go back to the original Preferences folder and try deleting the content of the Preferences folder, but not the folder itself. Then re-launch the program.
