Where is guitar rig running from? Track FX?
Is there a different set of outputs you could select in RB as a test to see what happens? Maybe try just the headphone jack on the laptop (just for a test) to see if the loop back has to do with the ASIO in Kontrol.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
