Oh this story took many twists and turns!

When I called them Sunday (They are in Virginia) the guy said it was not hanging on the used wall. He went into a manager's office and found it sitting on a chair. I said that I don't care where it was, I am buying it. It got here Wednesday. The ad said "This item includes a bag." There was no bag. I called them and told them that not sending me a bag COULD be considered bait and switch. I also told them the the tremolo bar was missing, and it's a likely assumption that the bar in in the bag. They assured me that if they did not find the bag and the bar they would buy them for me and send them along.

They called me yesterday to fill me in. They found the bag, and the trem bar was in it. It will be here Saturday. The manager shared with me that while trying to figure it out they spoke to every employee to ask not only why the bag was separated from the guitar but why the guitar was in the manager's office and not hanging on the used wall where it belonged.

It turns out that the guitar came to them Saturday at 4 as a trade in. The kid who took it in decided he wanted to buy it for himself so he hid it in the office so the public couldn't see it, betting that nobody would see it online Sunday and buy it (he was wrong), and he would have the cash Monday and buy it himself. And in stashing the guitar the bag got separated from it.

When he came clean to the manager that he had done that, the manager walked him to the break room to take his lunch out of the fridge, and then to the door, where he took his store ID badge and told him he needed to look for a job.
