From what I read about them on net, parlor guitars are smaller and more comfortable to play than conventional designs, just wondering if anyone has one and what do you think of them?

I have two "Concert" size guitars (a bit larger than Parlor). An old Guild F30, and an Alvarez AD90SCK. Both are great guitars, but the Alvarez is my favorite. It's been discontinued, but is still available online.

after years of playing a D35 Martin, i wanted something smaller so i bought a OO17s - smaller body, shorter scale. totally different sound to the D35 but really nice in its own right. more silvery treble and a less growly bass - ideal for finger picking with every note clearly defined. but can't get used to the new Martin neck. after 50 years of playing the D35 the flatter and wider Martin necks of today are not for me.
I have had 4 different 3/4 scale guitars which are a little smaller than some parlors. Two different Sears&Roebuck models which I paid a total of 26$, and sold for $250 to a blues slide player, a Yamaha which I sold and my Mitchell which I use as my travel guitar. Sounds WAY better than a backpacker and I paid $10 for it used. Loads of fun
I've played quite a few parlour guitars when I worked at the guitar shop - some very nice Godin's and a Larrivee or three. I wish they had more bottom end, but they are very comfortable to play, and thankfully most were full scale length. I tend to prefer folk-sized guitars, which my current Charvel acoustic is.
My favourite small guitar though has to be the Taylor GS Mini - slightly shorter scale, but dang those things are loud and full sounding!
Thanks everyone for all the replies and input, think sooner rather than later I will buy one of the Harley Benton parlour guitars unless I find one locally first.
I have too many guitars (not expensive ones) but hey I could do with a parlour as well.

Yes but you forgot to put the wife into the equation...lol
“Amazing! I’ll be working with Jaco Pastorius, Charlie Parker, Art Tatum, and Buddy Rich, and you’re telling me it’s not that great of a gig? “Well…” Saint Peter, hesitated, “God’s got this girlfriend who thinks she can sing…”
Yes but you forgot to put the wife into the equation...lol
And that is why I'm divorced.
I kid! My ex-wife was supportive about my purchasing habits, as was I with hers - she has a collection of very expensive Japanese dolls, many of which were more expensive than any of my guitars (over $2000 for a doll!). My current partner is a music teacher, so she is very supportive of my musical endeavors, and she owns as many instruments as I do - more if you count her classroom!

I have been craving for a 12 fret small body Martin this year, but they just cost too much. It’s good to see some other options. So I'm just scrolling options on https://primesound.org/ to find more info
Photo is Janice 20 years ago enjoying her 1949 00-15 Martin. And she still loves its remarkably balanced tone. I think the smaller Martins are always worth consideration.
