Well, we're not getting anywhere quickly.
First, I've attached the .mgu file as a .mgu.txt file. Please remove the '.txt' to get it to work correctly.
Next, I did a factory reset. That didn't do anything as far as what I wanted it to do. The harmonies still function correctly in the song, but exporting it to a midi file, even with save the harmonies and write the harmonies to their own tracks, doesn't do anything. The harmonies don't get written to a midi file.

Here's the funny thing, though. I took another .mgu that I had, mostly midi, changed out the style to a Real style, except for the melody, and then added harmony to the melody. I saved the file as a midi file, and the harmonies were there. I'm going to have to go back and play with this Blessed Assurance, maybe re-record it, and see if I can't get it to work.

However, if anyone else plays with it, and finds it doesn't work for them, I'd like to hear it. If it DOES work for you, I'd like to hear that, too.
