OP dunbar7376 Apprentice D Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 100 San Diego, California	Hello All, I had a recent situation (I think caused by a Windows 10 version update) that required me to reinstall Windows 10.The OS suggested it will retain all programs/apps and files installed, and it appeared to do so. I launched Band in a Box, which prompted me to upgrade my version of Band in a Box, which I did, to the latest version (840 - I am running Audiophile in 64 bit). However, now the font displaying my chords has changed, and when I tried to switch to notation mode, I received this error. I likely will reach out to support, but wanted to share. Any suggestions? Do I need to reinstall BinABox again, or may there be a way to install the missing bits? Thank you! Tom Marvan Dunbar7376. An exception error has occurred.
