I think the program that Matt is assisting you with is:
x:\bb\Data\Installers\bbfonts.exe
(where x: is the drive you have installed BiaB in)
Try running it to see if it resolves your issue (Tip: right-click on the exe file and select Run as administrator). I had the identical problem once and this solution solved the problem.
