The location of the Realtracks (and RealDrums) was indeed pointed to my d drive, to the correct folder, as you show in the pic's. Strangely, however, the N/A prefix appears.

I went back in and selected it again, even though it was already selected, and it worked for both RealTracks and RealDrums. Very bizarre. But thank you for your help, I would not have attempted without your post.

On the Midi topic, I deselected "Use VSTi/DXi Synth" and it is playing back the MIDI track now, presumably using the Microsoft Wavetable synth. Thank you for your help on this one, too. If I select this, then choose Coyote WT (as you have in your pic), there is no sound. I think I am ok with wavetable.
