Protip:
For surgical edits on MIDI, when you go to the Edit option, enable the Data Filter.
As Charlie said; highlight the desired tracks and sections
but once you get to the Data Filter you can do many things you couldn't otherwise.
You can control any CC with an array of options.
RB/PT has had this for years, but a lot of users don't seem to notice that one little Data Filter checkbox that opens a very powerful tool.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
