You would need to convert your audio to MIDI in order to accomplish this. There are a number of audio to MIDI conversion programs available and IMHO Melodyne is the best.

Whatever conversion program you select, if in fact you do convert, will depend on whether your audio in monophonic or polyphonic. I believe RealBand, which comes with the PC version of BiaB, can convert monophonic tracks but I'm not positive about that as I do not use RealBand. Someone more knowledgeable will have to chime in.
