RB should load Jamstix just fine, though it is not listed in the known DAW list, I've used it here. As long as you have a recent version of RB (last few years)
Easiest way to copy tracks from RB to Reaper is to simply drag them. Grab the track number in RB and drag it to Reaper, works fine here. I'll see if I can find an image. Just make sure Tempo and Time Sig match up between the two.
