Yes, that's normal. The DXi synth is routed through your audio driver, not the MIDI driver. The MIDI driver is still used in special cases, like for thru playback when using MME. The UA-fX MIDI Output Driver is referring to the MIDI Out port on the UA-4FX, which you could connect up to an external hardware MIDI synth.

That's strange. I'm not sure why that would be. If you need a previous build of bbw.exe in the future, note that you can find it in the bb2010_backup folder. You can find out what build it is by hovering your mouse over it. You would need to rename it to bbw.exe and copy it into the main bb folder.
