This is correct - Band-in-a-Box does not include any existing songs, only demo songs that we wrote to demonstrate the Styles/Realtracks/etc.

The 22,000 titles is referencing the Familiar Song Browser in the top right of the StylePicker. Band-in-a-Box and RealBand do not include any actual songs, just the titles and some metadata to help you find a similar style.
