Andrew - PG Music PG Music Staff Joined: May 2002 Posts: 7,415 Victoria, BC	Hello John, It could be a problem with the USB enclosure. Remove the 2021 disk from the enclosure and put it in an enclosure from a previous BB version (2019 or 2020). Typically there are two little screws at the end with the USB port. Plug it back in and see if it's fixed. If that doesn't fix it, it could a problem with the disk itself, although that's much less common. You could try running chkdsk and see if it reports any problems. Andrew PG Music Inc.
