Greetings titorico, Welcome to the forum. Issues with the Band-in-a-Box DAW plugin should be reported in the +++ Band-in-a-Box VST/AU and Pro Tools/AAX DAW Plugin (Mac) +++ forum section. There is a better chance the plugin development team will see and respond to your post there.
