That usually happens if another program is using the ASIO driver. Typically ASIO only allows one application to use the driver at a time, and all other applications will have errors like this.

I know that the most recent Focusrite drivers allow for multi-client use, but I'm fairly certain Presonus does not.

Great! Hopefully they'll be able to help you get your interface going! Once it's working in Windows we can do more to help here if it doesn't work in Powertracks after that point.

That's not good. BSOD's are not a good sign of a healthy computer. Typically they happen for driver errors, but also can be related to faulty hardware (RAM, CPU, etc). Like OM said, probably time to call a computer tech.
