I used the left column as shown in Music Student's post above. It's the same one I always use; that's why I can't understand what's going on. As a side note, I have noticed that the problem is global, meaning I can't change key signature on any of my other songs either. If all of the tracks are frozen they will not change key signatures.
I'm in a fitness protection program. I'm been hiding from exercise.
