My Utility Tracks don't appear in my Bar Settings menu. How can I change that?

Bob With the introduction of Utility Tracks, Bar Setting menu items are done from the Audio Editor Window. This method is much more precise and accurate than the Legacy Track Bar Settings. Any region of a single measure can be selected and the desired edit will only apply to the selected region, not the entire Bar if desired. The Audio Editor has more editing features and versatility than the Legacy Tracks Bar Settings Menu.
