J'ai installé BIAB sur mon 2ème ordi (un imac sous macos High Sierra) : c'est le même problème... Ce qui élimine 2 hypothèses - un défaut d'install et un bug lié à BigSur, ce qui en fait ne me rassure pas. Je vais réviser mon anglais et tenter ma chance directement auprès du support via leur formulaire. Donc à suivre... Cordialement

Tout juste de retour d'une petite mise au vert, je reprends mon bâton de pèlerin Biabesque
Pour répondre à tes questions, oui j'ai les mêmes réglages que toi pour les canaux midi. J'ai même fait des essais avec piste mélodie sur canal 11 et réglage guitare sur 6 canaux (11 à 16) mais cela ne change rien.
Pour ce qui est des pistes Basse et Guitare1 (en realtracks comme en MIDI) j'ai noté que dans la fenêtre guitare les notes jouées sur les pistes B et Guit1 restent les mêmes bien que je change de position (ça ne me choque pas pour guit1 puisqu'il s'agit d'une piste d'accords) : Dans les 2 cas, les tablatures correspondent bien aux positions des notes sur le manche.
Par contre dans les pistes mélodie et soliste il est indispensable que le guitariste puisse choisir sa position, ce qui est bien respecté dans la fenêtre guitare (les notes jouées suivent la position choisie) mais reste sans effet sur l'écriture des tablatures dans la fenêtre notation...
J'ai fait un petit test dont je joins la copie d'écran : une gamme en do sur 2 octaves saisie : 1)dans la fenêtre guitare (position 5 sélectionnée) 2)puis dans la portée en clé de sol Je te laisse voir le résultat. Qu'en penses tu ? Cordialement Patrick

On remet le collier ..... J'ai fait la même manip que toi; je n'ai pas de problème et ai généré le fichier ci-joint. Monte le sur ta machine et regardons ce qui se passe. Daniel nota: change l'extension du fichier"Pb tabs pour Patrick.jpg" en .MGU.
J'ai fait la manip demandée et le résultat est clair (copie d'écran jointe) : l'affichage des tablatures ne tient pas compte de la position sélectionnée (ici la 5) dans la fenêtre guitare mais reste figé comme si on avait choisi la position 0, ce qui pour du jazz est parfaitement aberrant et rend inutile la fonction tablature. Conseille moi pour la suite à donner : - As-tu des contacts privilégiés pour pour faire remonter le problème aux équipes PG ? - Sinon dis-moi quelle est la meilleure procédure à suivre (mail au support ou formulaire du support) Merci d'avance Cordialement Patrick

Daniel Touche se met en 0 automatiquement quand "position auto" est sélectionnée. Je l'avais désélectionnée et testé les valeurs -1, -2, 1 et 2 : cela décalait bien les octaves sur le manche dans GUITARE mais n'avait aucun effet sur l'affichage des tablatures.
2 petites remarques au passage pour le support: - Dans réglages guitare tous les items ont une bulle d'infos associée SAUF "changement automatique de position" (Auto-switch position). Là, rien... - Dans options de la fenêtre notation, colonne centrale, il y a une erreur de traduction : "Tab" a été traduit "Onglet" (et dans l'info-bulle par "tabulation"). Or dans ce contexte "Tab" est l'abréviation de "tablature" Merci à toi et à bientôt pour la suite.

Je commence à douter d'avoir réponse à ton problème ..... Ce, très simplement parce que tu sembles être le seul dans ce cas...... Je te propose comme bouteille à la mer: de passer à la version 2021 et (mais je pense que tu l'as déjà fait) de faire un "retour aux réglages usine". Voilà! Daniel

En fait je souhaiterais avoir la réponse à une question simple, que j'avais déjà formulée dans mon post du 14 aout :
"- est-ce une fonctionnalité ingérable sous la version MAC ? (j'ai du mal à le croire) - est-ce un bug non traité : un trigger (lié au choix de la position choisie dans la fenêtre guitare) qui ne renvoie pas les infos dans la partie tablature de la fenêtre notation ?"
Peux-tu me dire si tu as contacté le support comme tu l'avais proposé le 03/09 et si tu as eu une réponse.

Je me suis absenté quelques jours et je découvre ton mail .... Je vois que tu ne lâches pas le morceau. Je n'ai pas contacté le support pour la simple et bonne raison que tu sembles être le seul à soulever ce problème. Difficile dans ce cas d'être convaincant et d'argumenter.... Je ne sais pas où tu en es dans tes pérégrinations. Ceci dit, je propose la "manip" suivante: - éteindre (rendre muet) toutes les pistes sauf la piste guitare - sauvegarder ton fichier MGU en MIDI - ouvrir ton fichier MIDI dans BIAB - et voir ce qui se passe Il y a aussi la solution de l'upgrade en BIAB2021 Tiens moi au courant Daniel
heureux de te lire à nouveau. Je bouge pas mal moi aussi maintenant que le flux des touristes s'est calmé... Je comprends parfaitement ta position par rapport au support. Sinon j'en suis toujours au même point. La manip que tu m'as suggérée ne change rien au problème. Dernier post comme épilogue, accompagné d'une certaine insatisfaction. J'ai eu confirmation que la fonctionnalité souhaitée (que les tablatures se calent sur le choix des positions dans la fenêtre guitare) n'est pas implémentée sur la version Mac qui en fait, fait plutôt figure de parent pauvre : pour avoir consulté en détail les posts sur le forum anglais consacré à la version Mac, j'y ai trouvé pas mal de reproches, voire de récriminations sur des manques par rapport à la version Win. Quand j'ai acheté BIAB (au même prix que la version Win), j'ai naïvement pensé que j'allais retrouver les mêmes fonctionnalités...
En conclusion, si je devais donner un conseil à ceux qui sont sur Mac, c'est d'acheter la version Win et de la faire tourner sous machine virtuelle. J'ai fait le test avec "Parallels" pour la Win 2018 et ça fonctionne parfaitement. C'est probablement ce que je ferai dès la sortie de la Win 2022, que j'achèterai en option crossgrade (aujourd'hui à environ 80€).
