With Realtracks you can nudge the chord; if you only wanted to move one chord and not the entire track you would have to split the Realtrack.
The Nudge Chord feature is under Edit | Nudge Chords/Melody.
In the Audio Edit window you could also highlight parts of the waveform, then use the Copy/Paste functions to move the highlighted section to a new location. Make sure to freeze the track after making these kinds of edits so the track does not re-generate.
