As usual, any comments, suggestions welcome. Thanks, Andi. I appreciate your feedback. I've been trying to put lyrics to a dozen tunes I composed in recent months and got absolutely nowhere. This new tune came to me yesterday and I added the words this afternoon.

i like the intimacy of the song.
it reminds me...and let me say in a very very good way...
of walking into a coffee house and your singing this song live.
the vocals are perfect for the song style imho.

I think we can definitely all relate to that sense of wanting to lead a fantastical life and inevitably needing to come face to face with dreams not being quite what they seem or what we were expecting. The best thing we can be in life is happy, and the rest is simply cherries on top. Thanks for sharing this here on the forum! Lovely song.
