Bob, I was able to look up your account and you should have those Realtracks (you should have ALL the current Realtracks in fact), so let's do a little digging.
Can you go to the Help menu in Band-in-a-Box and choose What Add-ons Do I Have, then copy and paste all of the sections in the bottom half of the window under These Add-ons Are Not Found? This will tell us what you have installed.
