I have the Juno-DS myself, and wrote I a patch map for Juno-G previously.
I haven't done one for the DS yet. Hasn't hit the priority point yet.

I haven't checked chulaivet1966's link, but if it could build a Cakewalk INS file, then BiaB/RB have convertors for those.
Maybe this weekend I can look at it, but if you can get an INS file the rest should be easy .. otherwise someone has to build a PAT/INI file from scratch, which as mentioned can be time consuming. Especially since finding the MSB/LSB information for this particular synth isn't 'in the manual' like it was for the Juno-G.

With the Juno-G I could literally copy/paste data from the electronic manual .. not so for the DS from what I've seen so far. The documentation for the DS is far below what I have come to expect from Roland.
