Is it just me or is anyone having a big-time crash problem with 2010 Build 12? Constantly? It opens fine, I load up a song and start to play around with it and it shuts down. It then wants to send a crash report to Apple. Before I get support on the phone I want to see if anyone else as been having the same problem with the new version.

So far no complete crashes but a couple of other things have been noted:

I keep receiving an "Error Type 1, Error code=64" message when trying to open certain real tracks. I'm running the RT's on the BinB supplied hard drive. Yes, I've set the custom folder. It see's and play's a majority but errors on others.

Also, I noticed when first opening the program the midi controls default to Volume=
0 Pan= -63 on all channels EXCEPT Melody. I've tried reseting through Midi Settings but keeps defaulting to the above when opening. This also occurs when open a .SGU or .MGU or "Interpret Chords from a Midi File" is used when loading a midi file.

Hopefully it's me doing something wrong but any advice would be appreciated!

Hi, Peter!

An example is 405:Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming EV 120

I have ascertained it is looking for a file in the RT folder AcG043.wav (This from info in the message box). However, navigating to the folder by the name reveals the .wav files only go AcG042.wav. There is no 043.wav or higher. This RT worked fine in all my previous versions (as it is one I use a lot) so I assume the new version is linking it to a wrong data point. So the question is: is there a way to change what .wav file to looking for? And by same token which AcG***.wav in the folder is the correct one I'm trying to use? I'm attempting to use it in a song with a tempo of 125 if that helps.

I have seen this a couple of times in the short time I've had had the new version but, unfortunately, did not write down all one's until the program started crashing a lot as explained above. I will, if I come across the others, pass them along.

Any advice on the midi thing I detailed above?

Follow-up: Changing the tempo from 125 to 124 allowed the program to load the RT without error--so I guess that's a work around
